Forge is an AI-powered content generation platform that uses Grok (xAI) to create platform-optimized social media content. The service includes generation, scheduling, history, team collaboration, and billing features.

3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Forge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing and Payments
Forge offers subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Power) with optional overage charges. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize Forge to charge your payment method for the selected plan and any overages. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you generate. Forge grants you a non-exclusive license to use the generated content. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content comply with applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Forge to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights. Forge reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
Forge is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
