1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Forge uses Grok (xAI) to turn one idea into platform-ready posts for X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads. You can attach up to four of your own photos, or one video. Forge keeps a history of your drafts and your brand-voice settings. Each network has a Post button. Post asks you to confirm, then posts your caption and photos to that network. If it isn't connected, Post stays on the card and asks you to connect it. Forge does not schedule posts to those networks. The Schedules page can save a prompt and generate a draft when you run it. That run does not post, and automatic scheduled runs are turned off. If your account is on a team, members share that team's plan and monthly generation limit.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Forge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Billing and Payments
Forge offers monthly and annual subscriptions: Starter ($19 per month or $190 per year, 30 generations a month), Pro ($49 per month or $490 per year, 80 generations a month), and Power ($99 per month or $990 per year, 200 generations a month). You can also buy one-time credit packs: Boost 10 for $9 (10 generations), Boost 25 for $19 (25 generations), and Boost 50 for $35 (50 generations). Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize Forge to charge your payment method for the plan you select, any pack you buy, and any extra generation you confirm. Subscriptions renew for the billing period you chose until you cancel in the billing portal. The free plan includes 2 generations a month and does not charge extra generations. On a paid plan, after the included generations and any pack credits are used, each extra generation is charged only after you confirm, at $1.49 on Starter, $0.99 on Pro, or $0.79 on Power.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you generate. Forge grants you a non-exclusive license to use the generated content. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content comply with applicable laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Forge to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights. Forge reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Forge is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
